Full Service Grocery Delivery Items can be combined with "Staple" Items from your Shopping
Cart for one delivery.

Checklist:
Simply check the items you wish to purchase
from the grocery store of your choice and add any detailed
information in the comment section below the corresponding section.
Example: (3) Green Granny
Smith Apples or (1) 14.5 oz Can of Del Monte Green Beans.
When you have completed your list - press submit and print. You may then fax or scan/email
your order form and grocery checklist to

Brown Bag for delivery on the days we are in your area.
Please do NOT request any items in the
following sections on the checklist: Personal, Stationary,
Medicine, Alcoholic Beverages or Errands.
We do not deliver those items - grocery food items only please.
You are more than welcome to call us with questions regarding your
grocery order. We realize the grocery item checklist may seem a bit
overwhelming at first, so we are more than ready to help you with every step.

database making it easy for you to request recent order history and frequently
purchased items.
